BURLINGTON – Barbara Nuzzo, 57, wife of Dominic Nuzzo, died Feb. 19, 2007, at a Lincoln hospital. She was born Feb 25, 1949, in Lincoln, the daughter of Ralph and Florence (Richards) Curtis. Barbara was raised in Patten until she was 13 years old, when she moved to Connecticut. It was there she married Dominic and raised her family, moving back to Maine last fall. She was a loving wife and mother. In addition to her parents and her husband of 40 years, all of Burlington, she is survived by three children, Marie Piccino and Dominic Nuzzo Jr., both of Branford, Conn.; and Nicholas Nuzzo of East Haven, Conn.; three grandchildren, Miranda and Danielle Piccino and Lunchzo Nuzzo. She was predeceased by a sister, Clara Fisher. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln, with the Rev. Dr. Bruce Young officiating. Spring interment will be at Mount Repose Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
