OLD TOWN – Odina I. Robichaud, 84, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Feb. 18, 2007, at her home. She was born May 13, 1922, in Old Town, the daughter of the late L. Forest Sr. and Leona M. (Landry) Martin. Odina worked at Byers Manufacturing, where she retired after 40 years. She was a member of the Sunshine Girls and the Old Town/Orono Senior Citizens Clubs. Odina enjoyed going to yard sales, crocheting, watching ice skating and looked forward to Saturday outings with her sister, Dot and friends. She is survived and will be sadly missed by her daughter, Shirley “Cookie” Robichaud; sons, Wayne Robichaud and his wife, Ann Marie, and Ronald “Rocky” Robichaud; two grandchildren, Robert Robichaud and Tammy Lynn Young and her husband, Weldon; great-grand-daughter, Katelyn Young; sister, Dorothy Martin; brother, Albert Martin and his wife, Mary; brother, Robert Martin and his wife, Ann; several nieces, nephews; and sister-in-law, Shirley Martin. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Oval J. Robichaud; two brothers, Leo F. Martin Jr. and Reginald Martin; and daughter-in-law, Starlene Robichaud. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town, where a celebration of life will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday with the Rev. Bill Labbe officiating.
