VAN BUREN – Bernard Ireland, 94, died May 14, 2005, at a Van Buren nursing facility. He was born Feb. 14, 1911, at Easton, the son of Enoch and Lottie (Sparks) Ireland. He is survived by one brother, Harold Ireland of Easton; two nephews, Mallard Ireland of Easton, James Ireland of Fort Fairfield; two nieces, Carol Ann Weston of Montville, Ada Robinson of Biloxi, Miss.; several great-nieces and great-nephews; and special friend and care giver, Bernadette Fortin of Van Buren. Graveside service will be conducted 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2005, at Estes Park Cemetery, Easton, with the Rev. Greg Jackson officiating. Arrangements are in the care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle.
