BANGOR – Visiting hours for Blanca J. Skidgel will be held 3-6 p.m. Tuesday at Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor, where a funeral service will be conducted at 5:45 p.m. with the Rev. Mr. Frederick Harrigan officiating. Interment will be private.
