CARIBOU – Bobby R. Thibodeau, 52, died June 19, 2004, at Presque Isle. He was born June 21, 1951, in Caribou, the son of Euclid and Marie Gertrude (Ouellette) Thibodeau. Bobby was a self-employed automobile dealer, owning and operating County Wholesale on the Van Buren Road in Caribou, for a number of years. He was an avid antique auto enthusiast, collecting and restoring numerous antique autos. Mr. Thibodeau was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, where he was also a third degree member of the Rev. Abel Hebert Council Knights of Columbus. Surviving in addition to his mother, Gertrude of Caribou are his daughter, Tracy Thibodeau of Caribou; one brother, Roger Thibodeau of Connor; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Frances and Ted Szymanski of Gaithersburg, Md., and Nancy Beaupre of Caribou; five nephews, Mark Beaupre and his wife, Wrendi, Joey and Bruce Thibodeau and Michael and Richard Libby; two nieces, Sheila Thibodeau and Monica Beaupre. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 23, 2004, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Thanh Nguyen officiating. Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
