RAYMOND, N.H. – Brenda Marie (Bishop) Cempe, 35, of Cote Circle, died Nov. 10, 2006, at her home. She was born Feb. 11, 1971, in Flint, Mich., daughter of Richard Bishop and Sally (Gott) Bishop. Brenda grew up in Franklin and was a graduate of Ellsworth High School. Her education continued at the University of Maine – Orono, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree. Brenda worked in operations management for Sherwin Williams for more than 16 years, most recently at the Valley Street location in Manchester, N.H. Mrs. Cempe was a dedicated homemaker and caregiver for her family and a proud member of the New Life Assembly of God, Raymond, N.H. Brenda enjoyed outdoor activities including camping and hiking. She had resided in Raymond, N.H., for the past 11 years. She is survived by her husband, Robert J. Cempe of Raymond, N.H.; her daughter, Nicole Lawonn of Raymond, N.H.; her son, Jacob R. Cempe of Raymond, N.H.; her father, Richard Bishop of Mount Pleasant, Mich.; her mother, Sally Bishop of Franklin; and one sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Shane Wallace of Franklin. There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, at the New Life Assembly of God, 84 Nottingham Road, Raymond, N.H. Private burial will be at the East Franklin Cemetery, Franklin. Donations may be for a scholarship fund for the children, care of Citizens Bank, 9 Freetown Road, Raymond, NH 03077, checks payable to Estate of Brenda Cempe.
