BUCKSPORT – Bryan Byther Jr., 24, died Oct. 30, 2005, at Bucksport. He was born Aug. 13, 1981, in Bangor, the son of Irene M. (Porter) and Bryan W. Byther Sr. He enjoyed spending time with his daughters, rebuilding bicycles and doing carpentry work. All that knew him will sadly miss Bryan. He is survived by his two daughters, Trinity Byther and Izabel Byther; father, Bryan Byther Sr.; brother, Bodean Byther; sister, Jennifer Merritt; maternal grandparents, Elizabeth and Chester Porter Sr.; special friend, Kristle Gross; fiance, Kristina Carter; several aunts and uncles including special uncles, James Porter and George Potvin and special aunts, Tina Hanscom and Donna Potvin; many special cousins; two nephews; foster parents, Bill and Marianne Kitchen. Bryan was predeceased by his mother, Irene M. Byther in 2002; his paternal grandparents, Philip and Marie Byther. Visitation for family and friends will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, at the Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home 28 Elm St., Bucksport, where a funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Linda Smith officiating. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Prospect.
