CAMBRIDGE – Calla G. Pease, 94, died Feb. 7, 2005, at Emilio Estates in Corinth. Calla was born Dec. 14, 1910, at Harmony, a daughter of Willis and Etta (Davis) Stevens. She attended Harmony schools and was a member of the Cambridge Baptist Church. Calla was employed as a cook at various nursing and boarding homes and shoe shops throughout the area. She was predeceased by her husband, John Floriman Pease; sons, Phillip, Daniel and Carl; a daughter, Nancy Albert; and a granddaughter, Kimberly Pease. She is survived by a son, John and wife, Gloria Pease, of Norridgewock; 10 grandchildren; several great- grandchildren. She will be remembered by dear friends, Mr. and Mrs. Donn MacLauchlan of Pittsfield. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 11, at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main St., Dexter, with Pastor Paul Dunphy officiating. Friends may call from noon until the time of services. Spring burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Cambridge.
