HAMPDEN – A memorial service for Carolyn Ann (Hart) Gillahan will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2004, at the Hampden-Gilpatrick Funeral Home, 45 Western Avenue, Hampden, with the Rev. Dr. Rex Garrett, Director of Chaplaincy Services at EMMC, officiating. Visitation will be from noon Tuesday until time of service at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Hampden.
