MEDWAY – Carroll A. “Cal” Lyons Jr., 47, went on to be with the Lord after being found Saturday, Nov. 5, 2005. He was born April 23, 1958, the first born of Carroll A. and Priscilla A. (Pelkey) Lyons. Cal was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and trapping. Whether he was working or playing, the woods was where he wanted to be. Cal was an outgoing and caring person who would do anything for anybody. He is survived by his parents of Medway; his daughter, Carrie A. and husband, Paul Nice, of Millinocket; two step-sons, Edgar Lynch III of Millinocket and Scott Lynch of Medway; one grandson, Jeremy; five stepgrandchildren, two brothers, Samuel Lyons of Woodville and Dennis Lyons of Rochester, N.H.; six sisters, Amanda, Mary, Kristi, and Shelly, all of Medway, Diane of Parsonsfield and Victoria of East Millinocket; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, he also leaves a special brother-in-law and friend, Ricky Bouchard; special friend, Andrew Murray of Medway; and his faithful pet, Dawg. A Service of Remembrance will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, at R.L. Bouchard Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack St., Millinocket.
