WASHBURN – Cecilia E. Plourde, 65, wife of the late Alton W. Plourde, died July 2, 2004, at a Presque Isle health-care facility. She was born Nov. 11, 1938, the daughter of Eli and Helena (Socia) Sirois. She was a graduate of Island Falls High School. Mrs. Plourde had been employed at Taterstate Frozen Foods for many years and was a member of the Washburn Pentecostal Church. She is survived by sons, Eugene Plourde of and his wife, Tina, of Brewer and Wayne Plourde and his girl friend, Jen, of Dixmont; daughters, Sherry Carmichael and her fianc?, Dean Smith, of Washington, Me., Susan Lofton of Waynesboro, Miss.; stepchildren, Dennis Plourde of Bangor, Darlene Rinks and her husband, Warren, of Bangor and Donna Chase and her husband, Dale, of Willamantic; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandsons; three brothers, William Sirois and his wife, Bertha, of East Hartford, Conn., Alfred Sirois and his wife, Ginette, of Caribou, Gilbert Sirois of Island Falls; two sisters, Lorena Fox of Fort Fairfield, Janet Russell and her husband, Jerome, of Island Falls; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Monday, July 5, 2004, at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle, with the Rev. Bruce Blakney officiating. Friends and relatives may call from 9 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be in Crouseville Cemetery.
