VEAZIE – Charles H. Foster, 74, passed away Oct. 26, 2006 at his residence. Charles was born Nov. 25, 1931, in Bangor, the son of Joseph and Ann (Bartlette ) Foster. He attended schools in Bangor. He joined the U.S. Navy at age 17. He retired after serving 20 years. He was predeceased by his mother, father, and a sister. He is survived by his stepmother, Stella Foster; three sisters, Josephine, Lorraine, and Shirley; several nieces, nephews. Charles will be laid to rest at the Maine Veteran’s Cemetery in Augusta.
