FRANKLIN – Charlotte C. Robertson died at her home Jan. 25, 2004, with her husband, William (Bill) Robertson III by her side. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Bragdon-Kelley-Campbell Funeral Home, 215 Main St., Ellsworth, where funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 29, 2004, with the Rev.
