TRENTON – Charlotte Ouellette, 78, died Sept. 14, 2007, at a Bar Harbor hospital, after a long battle with cancer. She was born March 11, 1929, in Bernard, the daughter of Sidney and Mary (Kelley) Robbins. Charlotte worked at Hatches Market for 20 years and at Don’s Shop ‘N Save, Bar Harbor. She attended the local Baptist churches and was a loving and dedicated wife to Joseph “Bee” Ouellette of Trenton. She had many wonderful friends whom she loved dearly. In addition to her husband, Charlotte is survived by two stepdaughters, Brenda Butler of Mount Desert and Susan Jordan of Portland; a stepson, Michael Ouellette of Key West, Fla.; nieces, Sheila Ann Hall of Southwest Harbor and Paula Farrell of Bass Harbor; and close special friends, Daphne and Milton Hutchins, and Lauren and Robert Leland of Bar Harbor and Trenton. She was predeceased by her parents; and a sister, Geneva Farrell. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, at Woodbine Cemetery, Ellsworth.
