SULLIVAN – Chloe A. Sovet (O’Brien), 35, went home to be with the Lord, Feb. 16, 2007, while at the home of her aunt in Rehoboth, Mass., where she was staying while under treatment for leukemia. She was born Dec. 21, 1971, in Greensboro, N.C., the daughter of John O’Brien and Beverly Sovet. Chloe graduated from Ellsworth High School in 1990, attended the Savannah School of Art and Design, and had most recently worked at the Orlando, Fla., office of Sprint in customer service. Chloe found her greatest satisfaction in natural settings and her appreciation of this influenced her artistic endeavors. She never lost the ability to see the world with the keen observation and amusement of a child. Her yearlong battle with cancer developed in Chloe, an impressive strength of character and faith in the Lord Jesus. Chloe left this world confident that her passion for art will be pursued forever. Chloe is survived by her parents; one grandmother, Helen Sovet; five aunts, an uncle, and 14 cousins. She is and will be dearly missed. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service 11 a.m. March 31, at Church of Our Father, Hulls Cove. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Habitat for Humanity International, 121 Habitat St., Americus, GA 31709-3498.
