SORRENTO – Christopher M. Cunningham, beloved father, son, brother and uncle, died June 2, 2006, as the result of an automobile accident. He was born June 22, 1978. Chris is survived by his wife, Danielle; four beautiful daughters, Abigail, Hailey, Sydnie and Chelsea; his mother who loved him more than life itself and stepfather, Cathy and Jeff Newbegin; father, Brian Cunningham; three sisters, Kelly Carter and husband, Daniel Carter, April Cunningham and fiance, Mike Curry and their son, Joshua, Sarah Cunningham; his very special “Papa,” Phil French Sr.; stepgrandmother, Florence; grandmothers, Sandra French and Barbara Cunningham; uncles, Phil French Jr. and Cindy, Tom French, Bob Chasse; aunts, Cheryl French, Jennifer French, Earlene Chasse. Chris also leaves behind very special friends, Lloyd and Sandy Rhodes and their daughter, Randa, Jeff and Molly Rhodes, David Craig and Jim Hillock; special cousins and lifetime friends, Keith and Jessica French. He was predeceased by a special grandfather, Earle Cunningham in 2000. His love in life was his family and being there for anyone who needed him. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten. A service of remembrance will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, June 8, at Jordan-Fernald, 113 Franklin St., Ellsworth. Friends are asked to make donations in a trust for his daughter’s education, to the Seaboard Federal Credit Union, Bucksport, care of Cathy Newbegin, 95 Gilpin Rd., Orland, ME 04472.
