CARIBOU – Clarence Dubey, 90, died, Oct. 7, 2004, at Caribou. He was born Sept. 26, 1914, at St. Agatha, the son of George and Elsie (Sirois) Dubey. Clarence served with the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a cook in the local area for many years, having been employed at the Elite Restaurant and the Victory Restaurant. He was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Clarence is survived by a brother, Francis Dubey of Caribou; two sisters, Carmen Burby of Caribou and Mina Thibodeau of Biddeford; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased a sister, Victoria LaFlamme. Friends may call from noon until time of services at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou, Saturday, Oct. 9, 2004, where funeral services will be held 1 p.m., from the chapel of the Mockler Funeral Home, with the Fr. Jean-Paul Labrie, pastor, officiating. Interment will take place in the Old Holy Rosary Cemetery.
