PRESQUE ISLE – Constance A. Gagnon, 71, died Feb. 10, 2008, at a local hospital. She was born Aug. 20, 1936, in Presque Isle, the daughter of Henry S. and Christine (Beaulieu) Gagnon. She attended the Presque Isle school system, graduating in 1954. Connie was married to Lt. Col. Carlos J. Ricketson and was stationed in China, Manila, Formosa, Hawaii and Japan. They were divorced in 1986. She was employed as an executive secretary in San Diego with Rohe Industries and as a statistical secretary to Vogelsang CPA’s, Hollywood, Fla., prior to her marriage. Connie leaves a brother, Patrick Gagnon and his wife, Reta, of Presque Isle; several nieces and nephews. Predeceasing her, in addition to her parents, were two sisters, Alice Marie Gagnon and Maxine Thompson; and a brother, Paul Gagnon. A memorial service will be conducted 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle, with the Rev. Raymond Morency officiating. A reception will be held after in the reception area of the funeral home.
