DANFORTH – Cora Agneas Stoddard Conley, 96, passed away Dec. 13, 2004, in Danforth. She was born Sept. 25, 1908, in Benton, New Brunswick, Canada, the daughter of Thomas and Laura (Wright) Anderson. She is survived by three sons, Thomas J. Stoddard, Eugene H. Stoddard and his wife, Mary, Herbert W. Stoddard and his wife, Julia; and a daughter, Peggy and her husband, Charles Simon, all of Danforth; 33 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren. A special thanks to a dear friend, Mary Wiley, for the care that she gave. Cora was predeceased by her husband, Leroy Stoddard; and six sons, Milton M., Kenneth A., David, Hayden A., Harold L. and Lenden Stoddard. Friends may call 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Clay Funeral Home-Bartlett Chapel, 24 Houlton Road, Danforth. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Danforth Pentecostal Church, with the Rev. Robert Root, the Rev. Thomas Smith and the Rev. Walt Elliot officiating. There will be a gathering at the McKinnon Building of the Church, following the service. Interment will be in Eaton Cemetery.
