HOULTON – Dale E. Rush, 75, died Feb. 14, 2005, at a Presque Isle hospital after a short illness. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, at the Dunn Funeral Home. A complete obituary will be announced in the Wednesday edition of the Bangor Daily News.
