WEST ENFIELD – Dallas Laura Nash, 74, died April 3, 2006, at a Lincoln hospital. She was born July 23, 1931, in West Enfield, the daughter of Frank and Pearle (McKenney) Cloukey. Dallas attended West Enfield schools and graduated from Howland High School in 1950. After graduation, she worked in several shoe shops in Old Town. She graduated from Eastern Academy of Beauty Culture and worked as a beautician in Lincoln and Old Town. She is survived by her husband, Clifford; two sisters-in-law, Connie Parker of Shreveport, La. and Ederle Cloukey of West Enfield; four nephews, Francis and Cindy Clukey of East Millinocket, Timothy and Patty Cloukey of West Enfield, Greg and Terri Clukey of Lowell and Dr. Robert Nash Parker of California; three nieces, Carlene Cloukey of Bangor, Jill Smith and her husband, Eric, of Howland, and Nancy Reynolds and her husband, Terry, of Shreveport, La. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Francis L. Clukey and F. Carl Cloukey; a brother-in-law, Dr. William E. Parker; and a nephew, William E. Parker II.
