WASHBURN – David J. Martin, 41, passed away Aug. 18, 2004, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Oct. 19, 1962, in Caribou, the son of the late Richard and Dolores (Charette) Martin. Dave attended schools in Washburn and graduated from Washburn High School. He had several different careers that included; auto body technician, bus driver/custodian, as well as several positions in the healthcare field. Dave was an active member of the State Road Advent Christian Church. He also enjoyed snowmobiling and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Debbie (Corey) Martin; a daughter, Amanda, age 17; two sons, Tyler, age 14, and Cody, age 8, all of Washburn; two brothers, Robert Martin and his wife, Sheila, of Brewer and Mike Martin and his wife, Debbie, of Fountain Hills, Ariz.; a sister, Donna Pelletier and her husband, Harold, of Caribou; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and two great-nephews and one great-niece. Relatives and friends may call 7-9 p.m. Thursday, at the Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, at the State Road Advent Christian Church with the Rev. Gregg Moody officiating.
