MILFORD – Deborah A. (Lozier) Campbell, 51, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2004, at her residence. She was born Aug. 29, 1952, in Bangor, the daughter of George and Phyllis Lozier of Old Town. Deborah was a graduate of Old Town High School, Class of 1971. She continued her education at Husson College, achieving a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1991. Deborah was employed as a registered nurse at St. Joseph Hospital for eight years until her health complications. She was a faithful communicant and member of Holy Family Parish in Old Town. She was a member of the Maine State Nurses Assoc. and the Eagles Club of Brewer. Deborah was active in her hobbies, enjoying quilting, gardening, her dog “Bootsie” and her cat “Binx,” whom she cared for greatly. She was always fond of a good joke or prank to play on someone. She enjoyed spending time at the family cottage where many family memories were made. In addition to her parents, Deborah is survived and will be sadly missed by a daughter, Melissa Burns and her husband, Kenneth, of Milford; son, Timothy Bacon of Milford; sister, Christine Jenkins of Old Town; special aunts, Ruby Therriault and Deanie Burr; several cousins, nieces and nephews; all of her caring friends and neighbors, especially Leslie Jollymoor. She was predeceased by her grandparents; and uncles, Lloyd Avery and Frank Avery. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Family Church in Old Town with the Rev. Rudolph Leveille, Celebrant. Spring interment will be held at Lawndale Cemetery and will be announced at a later date.
