SUN CITY CENTER, Fla. – Diana E. Russ, 70, of Sun City Center Fla. and formerly of Orono passed away Dec. 13, 2005. She retired as a registered nurse. Diana was a volunteer for the Sun City Center Emergency Squad and an Eucharistic Minister at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, Charles; three children, Michael (Michelle) and Stephen (Stephanie) Russ and Marjorie (Keith) Pearson; a brother, Peter McCurdy; eight grandchildren, Ethan, David, Katherine, Nicholas and Jonathan Russ, Andrew, Christopher and Timothy Pearson. The family will receive friends 9:30-11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 16, at Sun City Center Funeral Home. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1650 U.S. Hwy 301, Wimauma, Fla. A memorial service will be held at Our Lady of Wisdom in Orono this summer. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sun City Center Emergency Squad, 101 Ray Watson Dr., Sun City Center, FL 33573.
