MERRIMACK, N.H. – Donald J. Billingham Sr., 67, of 5 Glen Forest Drive, Merrimack, died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003, at Southern New Hampshire Regional Medical Center in Nashua, with his family after a long battle with leukemia. He was born May 12, 1936, in Lynbrook, Long Island, N.Y., a son of the late Harry L. and Ruth F. (Vrooman) Billingham. Mr. Billingham had been a resident of Merrimack, N.H., since 1968, and was a member of the Benevolent Lodge No. 7 A.F. & A.M. in Milford. He was a former member of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Goffstown, N.H., and a longtime member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Manchester, N.H. Before retirement, he was employed at Brookside Hospital in Nashua, N.H., as a chemical dependency counselor. Survivors include his wife, Sharon M. (Walls) Billingham of Merrimack, N.H.; a son, Donald J. Billingham Jr., and his fianc‚e, Donna Villemaire, of Manchester, N.H.; a daughter and son-in-law, Alison and Andrejs Ravins of Melrose, Mass.; two brothers, Harry Billingham of Columbus, Ohio, and Peter Billingham of Palm Harbor, Fla.; and four nieces and two nephews. Friends may call 6-9 p.m. Friday at the George R. Rivet Funeral Home, 425 D.W. Highway, Merrimack, N.H. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 102 N.
