WINSLOW and CORINNA – Doris Mae Harris, 91, the wife of the late Ralph N. Harris, died June 7, 2006, at the Mount St. Joseph Nursing Home in Waterville, after a long illness. She was born May 1, 1915, in Corinna, the daughter of William and Louise (Wedlock) Morrill. She had been a member of the Dexter United Methodist Church and had been a former employee of the Snowflake Canning Co. in Corinna. She had been a former resident of Corinna before moving to Winslow several years ago. She is survived by a daughter, Barbara (Dalrymple) Carson and her husband, Earl, of Winslow; three grandsons, Michael, James and Jerry Carson; six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grand-children; a special niece, Sally Chambers; and two special friends, Ovide Maurice and Shiela Chenevert. Friends may call 10 a.m. until time of services 11 a.m. Saturday at the Thompson Funeral Home, 30 St. Albans Rd., Corinna, with the Rev. Edward Jaworski officiating.
