JACKMAN – Doris P. (Sands) Dyer, 99, died Sunday, Sept. 24, 2006, at Cedar Ridge Center for Healthcare and Rehabilitation, Skowhegan. She was born Sept. 26, 1906, at Moose River, the daughter of James M. and Lillian (Miller) Sands. Throughout her life Doris always loved to read. She was predeceased by her husband, Guy Dyer. She is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. At her request there will be no services. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the staff at Cedar Ridge for the wonderful care given to Doris. Arrangements are by Giberson Funeral Home, 18 River St., Bingham.
