PROSPECT – Dorothy A. Kelley, 97, passed away peacefully April 2, 2008, at a Bangor hospital. She was born May 15, 1910, in Prospect, the daughter of George and Maude (Harriman) Bennett. Dorothy is survived by her children, Anne Seeley and her husband, Raymond, of Holden, Adelbert Kelley, Florence Billado and Linda Bridges and her husband, Oscar, all of Prospect; 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 19 great-great-grandchildren, with one due in July; a niece, Donna Cary; and a nephew, Leroy Leach and their families of Prospect. She was predeceased by her husband, John Kelley, in 1969; one daughter, Patricia Young, in 2006; and her companion of 22 years, Joe Francis. Graveside services will be held later this spring at Maple Grove Cemetery, Prospect and will be announced by Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home, 28 Elm St., Bucksport.
