DOROTHY LOUISE WEBSTER LINCOLN – Dorothy Louise Webster, 80, wife of the late James Webster, died Sept. 21, 2005, at a Lincoln hospital. She was born Oct. 1, 1924, in Springfield, the daughter of Otis and Margaret Louise (Spencer) Mahar. Dot retired from Lee Academy in the 1990’s. She and Jim moved to Vinalhaven where they lived for several years before moving to Lincoln. She is survived by a daughter, Bonnie McGaw of Lincoln; three grandchildren, Stacy McGaw of Lewiston, Tammy McGaw of Lincoln and Craig McGaw and his wife, April, of Lincoln; six great-grandchildren, Clinton, Morgan, Dylan, Neal, Rhiannon and Allyssa; a nephew, Dennis Mahar and his wife, Sonya, of Lincoln; a niece, Janie Mahar of Orono; a great-niece, Jamie Mahar of Portland; a great-nephew, Joel Mahar of Greenbush; and a stepdaughter, Sandra Vitkus of Massachusetts. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Richard Mahar. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
