SEARSPORT – Edith E. Spillman, 85, died March 13, 2005, at a Belfast hospital. She was born Aug. 26, 1919, in Searsport, the daughter of George E. and Bertha (Porter) Engstrom. Mrs. Spillman is survived by one daughter, Vickie Wilson and husband, Jim, of Searsport; one brother, James Engstrom and wife, Marguerite, of Searsport; two grandchildren, Donnie Wilson and wife, Ellen Jackson, Wendy Dunbar and husband, Derek; four great-grandchildren, Larry, Angela, Kyle, Chrisitan; one cousin, Marion Race of Sangerville; several nieces and nephews. Edith was predeceased by her husband, George Spillman; one brother, Elmer Engstrom. Graveside memorial services will be held in the spring at the Elmwood Cemetery, Searsport, with Pastor Cliff Gall officiating.
