LAMBERT LAKE – Edna Belle Nason, 61, wife of Dellas Nason, died Oct. 28, 2005, at a Calais hospital. She was born July 10, 1944, in McAdam, N.B., Canada, the daughter of Thomas and Doris (Scott) Adams. Edna loved playing Bingo and taking care of people. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She also loved animals, especially her beloved dog, “Duke.” She was a member of the Voice of Pentecost Church in McAdam. In addition to her husband, Dellas, of Lambert Lake; she is survived by two sons, Thomas Nason and his wife, Cindy, of Dayton and Dellas Nason and his girlfriend, Nicky, of Lambert Lake; two brothers, Travis Adams and his wife, Shirley, of Perth, N.B. and Arnold Adams and his wife, Gloria, of McAdam; three sisters, Christina “Teenie” LaKing and her husband, Guy, Phyllis McLaughlin and Arlene Ross all of McAdam; three grandchildren, Thomas and Corey Nason and Tanya Beech and her husband, Johnny; two great-grandchildren, Clayton and Emily Beech; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by three sisters, Pearle, Joanne and Sandra-Lee; and a brother, Clarence. Visiting hours were held from 3-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30, at the Vanceboro Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday at the church with the Rev. Ellen Beairsto and Brother Terry Kennedy officiating. Interment will be in Lambert Lake Cemetery.
