ST. ALBANS – Edna E. Emery, 81, died Feb. 13, 2005, at a Skowhegan healthcare facility. She was born March 1, 1923, at Dexter, a daughter of Marshall and Gladys (Mann) Bane. She was employed at Baxter’s Canning Factory in Hartland and Corinna and retired from the Dexter Shoe Company. Edna was a member of the Chatterbox Club in St. Albans. In addition to her husband, Keith, Edna is survived by a daughter, Helena Aube of Torrington, Conn.; a sister, Beverly Grant of Ripley; and a grandson, Darryl Aube of Shelton, Conn. A spring graveside service will be held in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main St., Dexter.
