GLENBURN – Edward A. Small Jr., 71, the husband of Karen Lee (Snyder) Small, died Jan. 10, 2004, at his Sunny Gables residence after a short illness. He was born April 4, 1932, in Brewer, the son of Edward and Vina (Libby) Small Sr. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War and had worked as an employee of the Department of Defense. He was a member of the Glenburn Covenant Church. Surviving in addition to his wife of Glenburn, are a son, Edward III of Glenburn; a daughter, Rhonda Bickmore of Glenburn; two stepchildren, Gene Trojano of Hermon, and Bill Lee-Jo Titlow of Philadelphia, Pa.; a sister, Alice Cookson of Veazie; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held 7 p.m. Friday at the Glenburn Covenant Church with the Rev. Donald Olsen and the Rev. Gregory Dubois officiating. Spring burial will be in the Lord Cemetery, Charleston. Arrangements are by the Thompson Funeral Home, 17 Hudson Rd., Corinth.
