LOWELL – Edward R. Champion, 74, died Nov. 16, 2003, in Lowell, while walking in the woods. He was born June 5, 1929, in Burlington, the son of Ernest Carl and Virginia (Pinkham) Champion. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by three brothers, Clyde Champion of Sherman, Gordon Champion and Paul Champion, both of Lowell; two sisters, Sylvia Patenaude of Connecticut, and Marion Cloutier of Lewiston; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Walter Champion; and a sister, Eva Chamberlain. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2003, at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Rd., Lincoln.
