CARIBOU – Effie Damboise 91, wife of the late Clifford Damboise, died Dec. 2, 2004, at Mars Hill. She was born in Sheridan, May 18, 1913, the daughter of Edward and Sophie (Damboise) Morin. Mrs. Damboise was a longtime member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She is survived by two daughters, Jeannette Harris and her husband, Wayne, of Houlton, and Patricia Roix of Caribou; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou, 12 noon Friday, Dec. 3, 2004, until time of services, which will be held at 2 p.m. at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church with the Fr. Jean-Paul Labrie, officiating. Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Friends who wish to contribute in memory of Mrs. Damboise may do so through the Holy Rosary Catholic Church Building Fund.
