JONESPORT – Effie M. (Hatt) Smith, 84, died Oct. 9, 2007, at Marshall Health Care and Rehab Center, Machias, after a long illness. An hour of visitation will take place 1-2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12, at Bragdon-Kelley-Campbell Funeral Home, Machias, where a service will be held 2 p.m. Burial will take place at Green-wood Cemetery, Jonesport.
