LINCOLN, BRIDGEWATER and REED PLANTATION – Elijah A. Murphy Sr., 91, was called home to be with our Lord June 24, 2006, in Reed Plantation. He was born Aug. 21, 1914, in Lincoln, the son of Edward and Florence (Tozer) Murphy. He was predeceased by his parents, two brothers and a sister. He is survived by two sons, Elijah Jr. and Jere; a sister, Mary Shedd; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
