HAMMOND, La. and MILFORD – Elmer E. Sanborn Jr., son of Elmer E. Sanborn Sr. and Wynona (Treadwell) Hesseltine, passed away July 15, 2006, after a long illness. He was born July 9, 1942. Elmer retired from the U.S. Navy and the Ponchatoula, La. Police Department. He is survived by a daughter, Tory of Louisiana; four brothers, Glenn of New Hampshire, Harry of Alton and Carlton and Chellis of Old Town; two sisters, Jackie Cram of Milford and Cheryl Damien of Greenbush; also a sister-in-law, Jean, of Brewer. He was predeceased by his wife, Sherry; parents and stepfather, Alford Hesseltine; two brothers, Galen and Bruce; and a sister, Connie.
