PITTSFIELD – Eloise Neville, 56, died Monday, June 7, 2004, at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Mass. She was born Dec. 12, 1947, in Troy, N.Y., the daughter of Samuel and Claire L. (Metivier) Goldman. She married Donald Neville, Sr. on Dec. 31, 1966. Eloise was a member of the Athaneum women’s club in Pittsfield. She was a Girl Scout leader for 15 years and a disaster relief representative for the Red Cross in the Pittsfield area. She is survived by her beloved husband, Donald of Pittsfield; a son, Donald Jr. and wife, Sandra, of Pittsfield; a daughter, Michelle Neville; a granddaughter, Crystal Kilgore of Pittsfield; four brothers, David Goldman of Tennasee, Jay Goldman of Brockton, Mass., Martin Goldman, and Gerald Hoffman of Jefferson; stepdaughter, Yvette Lavin and husband, Michael, of Holliston, Mass., and their four children, Michael Jr., Benjamin, Samantha and Jacob; stepdaughter Babette Neville. Visiting hours will be held from 6-8 p.m. Monday, June 14, at Donald H. Shorey Funeral Chapel, 35 Hartland Ave., Pittsfield. A funeral service will be held at the funeral chapel at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 15, with Father Emmanuel Iheaka officiating.
