A celebration of Elsie’s life will be held 4 p.m. Friday, March 2, at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland. A potluck reception will be held after at Winslow-Holbrook-Merritt American Legion Post, 335 Limerock St., Rockland.
