LINCOLN – Elwood E. Dugans, “Du”, 77, husband of Mildred Dugans died Nov. 21, 2005, at his home in Lincoln. He was born March 4, 2005, in Howland, the son of Earl and Evelyn (Burke) Dugans. He worked as a truck driver, and enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his wife, Mildred; a son, Ernest and his wife, Sandra, of Maxfield; a daughter, Vicki and her husband, Roger Graves, of Brownville Junction; two brothers, Richard “Dick” Dugans of Maxfield, Hugh Dugans and his wife, Robena, of LaGrange; three stepchildren, Marjorie Grindel, William Michael McAllister of Bangor and Arthur Mickey McAllister of Florida; five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
