MADAWASKA – Emile (Leonard) Pelletier, 85, died Oct. 28, 2004, at an Emundston, N.B., Canada hospital. He was born March 28, 1919, in Fort Kent, the son of Fortunat and Delia (Ringuette) Pelletier. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and a member of the Thomas O. Cyr Legion Post No. 147 of Madawaska. He is survived by his wife, Elvina (Gervais) Pelletier, of Madawaska; two daughters, Karen Dumais, and her husband, James , of Madawaska, Elaine Pelletier of Mission Viejo, Calif.; three sons, Roger, of Vancouver, Wash., Ron, and his wife, Sharon, of Merrimack, N.H., Roderick, and his wife, Debbie, of Glastonbury, Conn.; one brother, Roger Pelletier, of Madawaska; three sisters, Emelda Little, of Navarrie, Fla., Virginia Bourgoin, Rita Chamberlain, both of Madawaska; six grandchildren, Jessica Baron, Kraig Dumais, Shanna, Ryan, and Nicholas Pelletier, Mishelle Hubbard; two great-grandchildren, Nathan Baron, and Shelbie Dumais. Funeral services will be 3 p.m., Monday, Nov. 1, at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Madawaska. Friends and relative may call 1 p.m., Monday until time of services at the Daigle Funeral Home. Interment will be in he parish cemetery.
