BANGOR – Estella L. Field, 89, wife of the late Robert Field, died peacefully Nov. 10, 2004, at her Bangor home surrounded by family. She was born Feb. 7, 1915, in Boston, Mass., the daughter of William and Estella (Kimballe) Albert. Estella graduated from John Bapst High School, Class of 1936, and was a life-time member of St. Mary’s Catholic Parish. She was a devoted and loving mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her son and wife, Robert Field and Cheryl of Carmel; three daughters, Sandra and her husband, Dana Nelson, of Ellsworth, Victoria Urban of San Antonio, Texas, Elizabeth and her husband, Mark Holland, of Nashua, N.H.; one sister, Mary Jenyk of Warren, Ohio; her loving grandchildren, George, Emily and Anna Nelson, Louise and her husband, Marc Hamelin, Miranda and her husband, Larry Babson, Holly Field and her husband, Peter Chien, Robert Field, William Urban II, Robert Holland and his wife, Wendy, Matthew and his wife, Josephine Holland, Victoria Holland; two great-grandchildren, Molly Babson, Joseph Hamlin; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by three brothers, Eugene, George, and William Albert; her sister, Amanda Albert; and her son-in-law, William Urban. Friends may call 4-6 p.m. Friday, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Bangor with the Rev. Rudolph Leveille, celebrant. Interment will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Bangor. Gifts in her memory may be sent to New Hope Hospice, P.O.
