GARLAND – Eugene A. Green, 61, died Sept. 2, 2005, at a Bangor hospital following a short illness, surrounded by his family. He was born Feb. 12, 1944, in Garland, the son of Austin and Doris (French) Green. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He worked for B.L. Grant in East Corinth for several years. He enjoyed his 4-wheeler and riding with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed playing horseshoes, dancing and family BBQ’s. He is survived his wife, Linda (Gilbert) Green of Garland; two sons, David Clukey of Massachusetts and Derek and his wife, Melissa Clukey, of Garland; three daughters, Melissa Cockerham of Stetson, Tammy and her husband, Robert Beem, of Garland, and Erin Blood of Stetson; son-in-law, Tom Morrill of Garland; three brothers, Wilbur of Maryland, Wayne of Florida, Wallace of Massachusetts; four sisters, Elizabeth “Betty” Sinclair of New Hampshire, Brenda Marasia of Florida, Pamela Walker of New Hampshire, Wanda Webber of Garland, and Bonnie and Darrell Gilbert of Garland; brother-in-law, Floyd Murray of Garland; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Marshall and Rachael Gilbert of Guilford; grandchildren, Hunter, Brandon, Jessica, Shelby, Becka, Austin, Heather, Tyler, Cheyenne, Thomas, Lacy-Mae, Johnny and Colby; two great-grandchildren, Samantha and Emily; several nieces and nephews, including a special niece and nephew, Shannon and Bub Hall of Garland. He was predeceased by two sisters, Beulah Murray and Beverly Taylor. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, at the Evergreen Cemetery in Garland, with the Rev.
