WALLINGFORD – Eva (Pelletier) Clowry, 88, formerly of Wallingford, died Friday, July 8, 2005, at The Maple View Manor in Rocky Hill. She was the wife of the late Seamon Clowry. She was born in Canada, July 11, 1916, a daughter of the late Dennis and Lucy Pelletier. Mrs. Clowry was a lifetime member of the Eastern Star and was employed in the health care profession for many years. She is survived by her brothers, Mel Pelletier, of Cheshire, and Alphie Pelletier, of Sidney; her sisters, Nathalie Pelletier, of Bristol, Conn., and Anna Mixer, of Carmel; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Gert Mixer of Waterville; four brothers, Albine, Albert, Gene Pelletier, and Norman Levasseur. Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours.
