SKOWHEGAN – Everett “Rocky” R. Libby Jr., 56, died Nov. 7, 2006, at his home, after a long illness. At Rocky’s request, there are no visitation hours. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Dan & Scott’s Cremation & Funeral Service, 445 Waterville Road, Skowhegan.
