ORONO – Flora E. Boucher, 66, died Oct. 27, 2004 at a Bangor hospital after a long illness. She was born March 16, 1938, in Orono, the daughter of Augustine and Josephine (Blackman) Dall. Flora loved making scrapbooks concerning Orono history and her family. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Flora, during her married life, dedicated herself to her family. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, J. Roland Boucher of Orono; one son, Augustine “Anthony” Boucher of Orono; two daughters, Anne Marie Boucher of Orono, Mary and her husband, Darrell Curtis, of Swanville; five brothers, Walter of Orono, Alfred of Brewer, Louis of Barnstead, N.H., Raymond of Ocean Springs, Miss., John of Leesburg, Fla.; two sisters, Ella Bryant of Coventry, R.I., Mary Dall of Eddington; two grandsons, Derek James and Noah Matthew Curtis; two special great-grandnephews, Brandon and Joseph Robbins; three special great-grandnieces, Alliya Sapiel, Kayla Boucher, Payton Cody. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Friday at Brookings-Smith, LaBeau Chapel, 72 Main St., Orono, where funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday with Rev. Joseph Koury, pastor of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, officiating. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Orono.
