DOVER-FOXCROFT – Flora M. Lamson, 89, wife of the late Roscoe Lamson, died Jan. 13, 2006, at a local hospital. She was born April 23, 1916, in Hermon, the daughter of Norman S. and Jennie (Davis) Clement. She is survived by a son, Norman Lamson and his wife, Diane, of Sebec; two granddaughters, Valerie Greenier and her husband, Paul, of Glenburn, Marnie Lamson and her friend, Peter Knight, of Dover-Foxcroft; three great-grandchildren, Zachary Greenier, Katlyn Wilder and Heather Wilder; a sister, Thelma Dufault of Sangerville; a daughter-in-law, Linda Anderson and her husband, Jim; several nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Alfreda Preble. She will be remembered by two special friends and neighbors, Audrey Edgerly and Corinne Noyes. She was predeceased by a son, Lawrence; a brother, Lloyd; and four sisters, Edie, Gladys, Goldie and Mildred. Friends are invited to call 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 15, at the Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft, where funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 16, with Pastor Bea Violette of the Sebec Village Community Christian Church, officiating. Following the service all are invited to the Community Building at Thayer Parkway for a time of fellowship and sharing. Spring burial will be in the family lot in Sebec Corner Cemetery.
