HARRINGTON – Florence Marie (Huntley) Hall died peacefully at home on Nov. 20, 2003, on the birthday of her late son, Oscar E. Hall Jr. of Portland, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Lubec, Dec. 2, 1913, the daughter of the late Claude and Hannah (Shafner) Huntley of Cherryfield. Florence was the wife of the late Oscar E. Hall of Harrington. She is survived by three daughter’s and two sons, Jacqueline Perkins of Deep River, Conn., and special friend, Charles Wollock, Mona Farren of Harrington, Constance Smith and husband, Leon, of Bangor, Cecil Hall of Milbridge, and Judith Hall, and Leon Hatt, Jr. and wife, Pamela, of Harrington; and a favorite nephew, Jupie Kennedy of Milbridge; 50 grandchildren; 88 great-grand-children; and 97 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many special cousins; and a daughter-in-law, Muriel Hall of Portland. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased her husband, Oscar E. Hall; her son, Oscar E. Hall Jr. of Portland; her daughter, Muriel F. Foss of Eddington; 14 brothers and sisters; and 8 grandchildren. She will be missed and always loved by all who knew her. She was one of the most loving and caring people ever born. Visiting hours were held 6-8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at the Bragdon-Kelley-Campbell Funeral Home, Milbridge. A funeral service was conducted 2 p.m. Sunday at the Baptist Church in Harrington, with Pastor Danny Davis officiating. Interment was held at the Forest Hill Cemetery, Harrington.
