AUGUSTA – Frances Evelyn “Nana” Berger, 100, of Gray Birch Drive and formerly of Green Street, died Feb. 22, 2007, in Augusta. She was born Dec. 17, 1906, in Bangor, the daughter of George Ferguson and Minnie (Brace) Ferguson. She was employed as a waitress by the Brass Rail Restaurant, Bangor, for 37 years. Surviving is a daughter, June Mahaney of Augusta; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
